1 – CHECK-IN

1.1. As these are vacation homes and not a 24/7 hotel with a reception service, we kindly request our guests to provide an estimated arrival time at the time of booking. This will allow us to ensure the presence of staff to assist you with check-in.

1.2. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, instructions will be provided to obtain the necessary self-check-in codes.

1.3. Upon arrival, each guest is required to provide a valid identification document to enable the necessary registrations in compliance with current regulations. Failure to comply with this requirement, constituting a violation of the Penal Code, will prevent the accommodation of individuals without proper identification.

1.4. Payment of the city tax balance in cash is required at the time of check-in.

1.5. Standard check-in times are from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM or from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

 

2 – CHECK-OUT

2.1. Apartments must be vacated by 9:30 AM on the day of departure to allow for adequate cleaning of the premises for the next guests.

2.2. The access card must be handed to the cleaning staff on the day of departure or left on the kitchen table. Please note that the loss of the access card will result in a €50 charge.

 

3 – BREAKFAST

Breakfast or meals are not provided; however, guests will always find a welcome snack and coffee pods.

 

4 – BEHAVIORAL RULES

4.1. The apartment is located within a condominium complex where important rules apply.

4.2. At all times within the premises, behaviors, activities, games, and the use of equipment that may disturb other guests in adjacent apartments or in the condominium must be avoided.

4.3. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

4.4. Organizing parties or barbecues is prohibited.

4.5. Pets are not allowed except in the case of guide dogs.

4.6. Leaving personal belongings outside the apartment is not allowed.

 

5 – RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

5.1. Reservation requests can be sent via email to info@frontemareguesthouse.com or by phone at +39 327 216 9242.

5.2. Reservation requests will be processed immediately, and if there is availability for the requested period, a formal confirmation of the reservation will be sent via email with all the details.

5.3. Generally, for all reservations, an advance payment to be agreed upon at the time of booking is required and should be made via bank transfer to the coordinates provided via email. The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer a few days before arrival.

5.4. Free cancellation of the reservation is allowed up to 15 days before the arrival date. After this period, the amount of the advance payment made by bank transfer will be retained.

 

6 – CLEANING OF ROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The apartments will be cleaned before the arrival of guests and after check-out. Each guest will receive a personal set of towels. A complete change of bed linens and bath towels is provided only for stays exceeding 5 days.

 

7 – PENALTIES FOR DAMAGES

In the event of damage to objects, plumbing, or electrical systems, costs will be assessed following an evaluation by a technician.

 

8 – WASTE AND RECYCLING

We ask our guests to adhere to waste recycling guidelines and use the provided containers for separating paper, plastic, glass, and organic waste. Recycling bins and bags are available in each apartment. Waste collection schedules will be provided upon arrival.

 

9 – USE OF EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES

Guests are encouraged to use appliances and equipment in the apartment with care. Any damage or malfunction due to improper use will be charged to the guest.

 

10 – CARRYING VALUABLE ITEMS

Guests are advised to keep valuable items, money, and important documents secure. The establishment is not responsible for the loss or damage of such items.

 

11 – EMERGENCY CONTACT

In case of an emergency or need for assistance, the emergency contact number is +39 327 216 9242.

 

12 – COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS

Guests are required to comply with all the rules and provisions of these internal regulations. In case of a breach of these rules, the establishment reserves the right to request the guest’s expulsion without any refund.

 

13 – CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS

The establishment reserves the right to make changes to these internal regulations. Any changes will be communicated to guests.
